Based in the Peak District, I have ridden mountain bikes since the 1990s.

I bought my first Ebike in 2018 and have always fixed my bikes myself. I wanted to fix the motor myself when it inevitably did wear out.

 I didn't want to pay extortionate prices for new motors when I knew all it needed was bearing replacement and a good service. I opened my workshop and got some great advice from Pete Collard at Performance line bearings.

I offer a service that is both quick efficient and as inexpensive as possible.

As an ebiker myself I fully appreciate the costs in maintenance and replacement parts for our bikes and how it impacts our lives when our bike is out of action.

The motors are quite easy to remove, usually just 4 bolts and unplug the wires. I can offer a service of removal and collect within a certain radius, just give me a call or email scotthudson260271@googlemail.com

I am now using marine grade bearing grease as this adheres more to the bearings and will not wash away. It it 100% waterproof and withstands high pressure and even jet washing.
